Security magazine recently named Iron Mountain to its Security 500 survey, an annual ranking of the nation’s most secure companies. Iron Mountain was its industry’s sole representative in the category of business services. Published in the magazine’s November issue, the Security 500 ranks companies using several metrics like the percentage of a company’s revenue spent on security. The survey tracks 16 vertical markets to serve as a benchmarking tool for companies. Iron Mountain has again been selected by Forbes magazine as one of America’s 400 Best Big Companies. Iron Mountain not only passed Forbes’ benchmarks for financial growth rates and returns, but also met its approval for corporate governance, accounting standards and background checks.


Hollywood Honors Iron Mountain for Preservation of the Arts

The Hollywood Arts Council recognized Iron Mountain in March for the Company's work over the last 50 years to preserve motion pictures, song recordings, TV shows and other priceless cultural artifacts. The Council honored Iron Mountain's Film & Sound Services group with its Charlie Award for “Preservation Arts.” Dubbed the “Charlies,” the awards recognize individuals and organizations across several artistic categories for their contributions to Hollywood and its arts community. Iron Mountain's Film & Sound Services manages more than 15 million film and sound elements for more than 1,500 customers, including major motion picture studios, television production companies, recording studios and advertising agencies.

Compliant Records Management Program Recognized with Marketing Award

Iron Mountain won a gold 2007 Marketing Excellence Award from the Information Technology Services Marketing Association (ITSMA) for the launch of the Compliant Records Management Program. The consultative program enables customers to manage records in an increasingly dynamic information and regulatory environment, while also improving access to information, lowering storage costs, reducing compliance risk and increasing litigation responsiveness.



Iron Mountain Wins Award for Excellence in Corporate Finance

Iron Mountain was named the Silver winner of Treasury & Risk magazine's 2007 Alexander Hamilton Award for Best Practice in Corporate Finance. The annual Alexander Hamilton Awards celebrate excellence in treasury and financial management. The honor recognized Iron Mountain’s successful implementation of its global treasury program, which aligned the treasury program against a growing global footprint, created a more flexible capital structure and increased liquidity.

Wells Fargo Technology Information Group Names Iron Mountain "Vendor of the Year 2006." Wells Fargo Technology Information Group (TIG) named Iron Mountain its Vendor of the Year 2006. Iron Mountain was one of four companies to receive the award for providing advanced products and services, abiding by the highest ethical standards, and ensuring a single point of accountability. It was also noted that the companies were honored for performing exceptionally well in a fast-paced environment, overcoming time, cost, and geographic constraints while consistently performing above and beyond the call of duty."

Boston Globe named Iron Mountain Incorporated "Globe 100," a list of top performing public companies in Massachusetts. Based on a composite score derived from financial data for the four quarters ending December 31, 2006, Iron Mountain was ranked 56th among Massachusetts-based companies whose stock is publicly traded on NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange or American Stock Exchange. Additionally, Iron Mountain was ranked fourth among top performing "Technology" companies, 15th in the "Market Value 50", a ranking of companies by market capitalization, 17th in the "Sales 50", a ranking based on 2006 revenue, and ninth among the largest Massachusetts-based employers (worldwide).
